Audi A'KIMONO LS2.0 Futuristic Vehicle.

KIMONO LS2.0 Futuristic VehicleThis futuristic vehicle concept of Audi is called the AKIMONO LS2.0. Designed by Teodor Kyuchukov, a Bulgarian PhD student at the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev", Bulgaria, Department of Industrial Design, who developed Audi AKIMONO LS2.0. It features lighting design elements borrowed from traditional interior lighting practices seen in monuments, sports facilities, and architectural buildings.

The designed concept was based on the "Automotive Lighting Sculpture" in which the exterior surfaces integrate an artificial lighting system which makes the car silhouette recognizable at night. This system makes use of hidden lighting, where the source is not visible. The exterior is more recognizable at night and in the dark, reducing chances of mishap. The impressive exteriors of the body have hidden light sources, light from these sources follows the curves and lines on the surface, creating an unobtrusive effect for the viewer.
