Christian Dior Fall/Winter2008-09 Haute Couture fashion show in Paris, France. John Galliano is the head designer behind Dior and he steals the show, it was spectacular. And the tendency was the same as usual, he managed to take our breath away.
The corseted belts (creating the wasp waist look), soft hues, animal prints and strong silhouettes were definitely the highlights of the show. Let’s not forget the odd shoes in random shapes with Eiffel tower inspired heels that were absolutely, in its entirety, striking. Galliano once again, for this collection played with fabrics and the female form in order to give us nothing less than finesse and art.
